§ 8-3. Conflicts.

In the event of a conflict between the city's technical codes, any provision of this chapter, or any provision of any other chapter of this Code the most stringent standard shall govern. In the event of a conflict between a general and specific provision of the city's technical codes and any provision of this Code, the specific shall prevail over the general.
